Required Skills:

Advanced degree preferred but not required.

Requires demonstrated supervisory/management skills managing a team of engineers with multiple assignments and priorities.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance at the appropriate level (U.S. citizenship required).



Job Description:
Two Roads is seeking an Engineering Manager to go to work for an aerospace company in Northern California. This position will be responsible for leading the Composite Design and Advanced Projects groups within the Design and Analysis Organization. These groups focus on composite case design and early technology development/demonstration of products and technologies which will expand Aerojet’s reach into new system/technology areas.

Programs supported include both military and commercial applications.
