Required Skills:		Bachelor's degree in Engineering and at least nine (9) years of direct experience in the design and development of Liquid Rocket Engines. Advanced degree preferred but not required. Requires demonstrated supervisory/management skills managing a team of engineers with multiple assignments and priorities. Knowledge of DoD Security Regulation is required. Experience in liquid rocket combustion is essential. Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance at the appropriate level (U.S. citizenship required).
Job Description:		Two Roads is seeking a Combustion Manager to join the staff of an aerospace company in Northern California. This is a direct hire position. This position is responsible for leading the Combustion, CFD and Hypersonic groups within the Design and Analysis Organization. These groups focus on the Liquid and Hypersonic Rocket Performance, Liquid Rocket Combustion Stability, and Computational Fluid Dynamic Analysis of liquid, solid, and air-breathing propulsion systems. Programs supported include both military and commercial applications. This is a fast paced environment that requires knowledge of ongoing work in the field.
